    Description

    Our client is an industrial organization that is currently expanding. Join this dynamic team by showcasing your expertise in accounts payable for the Accounts Payable Specialist role they are looking to fill.

    Salary/Hourly Rate:

    Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 plus Bonus

    Position Overview:

    The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle end-to-end accounts payable and receivable tasks. Our client is in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist with exceptional attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities for a fantastic career opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing full cycle Accounts Payables
    • Processing expenses via Concur
    • Handling invoice payments; check printing and mailing
    • Data entry and spreadsheet upkeep
    • Organizing accounts payable documents
    • Daily financial transactions, such as verification, classification, computation, posting, and recording of accounts receivables data
    • Managing customer payments allocation
    • Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
    • Managing credit card payments
    • Running errands to Post Office and Bank

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in accounting, including full cycle Accounts Payables
    • Proficiency in processing expense reports with Concur
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Familiarity with Microsoft NAV is an advantage

    Education Requirements:

    • Associates degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
