    Description

    Role: Application Program Manager

    Location: Las Angeles, CA – Hybrid onsite

    Responsibilities:


    • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for external stakeholders.


    • Participate in joint reviews, management committee reviews, and Steering Committee meetings.


    • Work closely with internal IT teams to set and reset expectations of the business.


    • Manage formal communication with external stakeholders.


    • Identify and monitor risks during project planning stages.


    • Provide contingency plans and initiate Change Requests as needed.


    • Manage tasks and activities of the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals.


    • Provide overall technical guidance and leadership.


    • Responsible for all formal communication with external stakeholders.


    • Prepare and review monthly analysis reports.


    • Prepare weekly progress reports.


    • Plan and conduct internal project reviews.


    • Continuously monitor and review the program schedule.

    Qualifications:


    • 10+ years of experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably in the cloud data space.


    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


    • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.


    • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


    • Experience managing and mitigating project risks.


    • Experience working with external stakeholders.


    • Experience using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).


    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
