    Description
    We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to provide broad administrative support across HR and Talent Acquisition for the global organization. Reporting to the VP of HR, you will support employee records management, recruitment coordination, benefits administration, employee relations, policy implementation, and additional HR related projects as needed. This role requires a detail-oriented individual, with excellent communication abilities, and ability to be flexible as business needs shift. This position will be based at our HQ in Watertown, MA with a hybrid work schedule.

    Responsibilities:
    • HR Records Management and Data Reporting:
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: Employee records in HRIS (ADP) and Quality Management System (IntellaQuest) maintenance.
      • Coordinate with finance team on US and Global payroll changes.
      • Manage employee documentation related to onboarding/offboarding processes including offer documents, new hire policies and procedures, and benefits information.
      • Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
      • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR metrics.
    • Recruitment Support:
      • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, offer creation, and assisting in the facilitation of the hiring process.
      • Support with job description development and recruitment strategy.
      • Manage new hire orientation including maintaining existing and implementing new collateral and processes.
      • Support recruitment activities including attending career fairs and student organization events, creating collateral, and finding creative ways to target diverse student populations.
      • Other duties include coordinating candidate and new hire travel, managing company swag inventory, and initiating background checks.
    • Benefits Administration
      • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and additional benefit offerings.
      • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
      • Participate and help to drive annual open enrollment process.
      • Maintain overview of statutory benefits offerings for all global offices.
      • Propose and manage additional value-added benefits offerings.
    • Employee Relations:
      • Support HR in fostering a positive workplace culture through effective communication.
      • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, including company events, volunteer opportunities, and ESG/CSR initiatives.
    • Compliance and Policy Implementation:
      • Stay informed about HR laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's policies and procedures are compliant.
      • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies.
    • Other projects as assigned.
    Requirements:
    • 2+ years of HR administration or similar role; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Small company experience highly preferred, a plus if it's in a global tech company.
    • Ability to quickly grasp and navigate systems related to HRIS, ATS, QMS and other relevant tools. Experience with ADP preferred.
    • Knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices. Global benefit administration a plus.
    • Strong experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Comfortable in a high-growth environment within a small, agile team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
