HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR, _Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL)-North America_, to coordinate human resources activities and ensure the smooth functioning of the operations of J-PAL North America, an economics research center at MIT. Recruitment, onboarding, internal meeting and events coordination, and other human resources activities make up a significant portion of this role. There will also be an opportunity to engage in a range of special human resources and organizational-level projects.


Job Requirements:


  • REQUIRED_: bachelor's degree; two years of directly relevant human resources experience; meticulous attention to detail; and strong organizational, timemanagement, and oral and written communication skills; _PREFERRED_: experience with Salesforce, Asana or other project management systems. **Job #240646
