A.; four years' progressive HR experience; in-depth knowledge of HR-related federal and state laws/regulations; excellent judgment with sensitive/confidential information and in providing consultative support; initiative; ability to build trusted relationships with staff at all levels, listen to and process issues without bias, and make sound recommendations; excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, event planning, and verbal and written communication skills; support for OVC's commitment to supporting an inclusive workplace that values differences; attention to detail; and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and FileMaker.

_PREFERRED_:
