    What You'll Do
    The

    Human Resources Administrator's


    primary duties include supporting the Human Resources Department by providing administrative support in various areas of Human Resources, including onboarding and HRIS maintenance.

    A key component for the position will be to have an open and friendly attitude while tackling daily tasks and projects while also interacting with employees.

    Director of Human Resources

    Woburn, MA .

    The Day-to-Day

    • Enroll new employees into the Company's HRIS (Paylocity)
    • Update Company's HRIS with employee changes, rehires and terminations
    • Facilitate benefits and 401(k) administration including open enrollment
    • Assist employees with inquiries, requests and Paylocity issues
    • Provide assistance with the Hiring Process, responsible for preparing offer letters, background checks, corresponding with candidates and new hires, collecting and administering necessary documents for onboarding and new hire documentation for all locations
    • Maintain employee digital files through HRIS
    • Monitor and respond to unemployment claims
    • Assist with FMLA, short term disability, and medical leave
    • Coordinate the off-boarding process for exiting employees
    • Support with recruiting including posting, screening and scheduling candidates
    • Planning events and activities to boost company morale
    • Conducting audits and compiling information through reporting
    • Assist in coordinating the annual review process
    • Cultivate a workplace environment that is beneficial to employee morale
    • Maintain compliance with state, local, and federal laws
    • Complete special projects as assigned by Manager
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:
    What We're Looking For

    • 2+ Years of professional experience in the HR field
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to multi-task and manage workload balance
    • Ability to work independently as well as in groups
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook a must
    • Must be able to keep information confidential, use discretion
    • Professional demeanor, trustworthy, sound judgment
    • Friendly and positive attitude
    • Familiarity with HRIS – specific knowledge working with Paylocity a plus
