A federal client is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join their team in Lexington, MAResponsibilities include:
Documentation Management:
Maintain accurate and organized personnel records, ensuring compliance with Air Force and DoD regulations.
Data Entry:
Enter updates, and other pertinent data into HR systems with precision and attention to detail.
File Maintenance:
Organize, categorize, and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
Clerical Support:
Provide general clerical support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective support to all personnel.
Will perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
