    This position is based in Lowell, MA.

    A day as a Production Team Lead in Cirtec Medical - WD1 (Monday-Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm)

    As a team lead, it is your responsibility to inspire and guide operators to meet safety, production, and quality objectives. You will ensure proper staffing and allocation of resources, collaborating closely with supervisors. You will also work closely with the quality and engineering departments to promptly address and escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

    Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

    Key areas of expertise are:

    • Provide leadership to 10-12 operators to achieve daily safety, Quality and Delivery goals.
    • Participate in and lead teams to improve safety, quality, and reliability in the production area, as well as teams that support cost-saving and team-building initiatives (QDC).
    • Responsible for ensuring conformance to all company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
    • Regularly communicate team performance to employees and management.
    • Conduct daily team meetings for proper communication and development of the production team.
    • Resolves production problems and documents issues for discussion in meetings with Management, Engineering and Quality
    • Identifies training and cross-training needs and ensures completion of training records for the work cell.

    Must Have:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Computer literate (MS Office Suite, Syteline)
    • Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
    • Be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

    Good to have:

    • Relevant experience in leading team performance and regulatory compliance.
    • Prior experience in a Contract Manufacturing Operation (CMO) is preferred.
    • Understanding and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma for process improvement and problem-solving.
    • Previous experience in Medical device manufacturing
