We are seeking someone who thrives in a demanding team environment, excels under pressure, and interacts well with people from all professional levels.

Great communicator and listener
Proven results of meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing new business and generating new sales leads
Able to move leads through the sales pipeline and convert prospects to clients
Demonstrate effective listening, communication, presentation and negotiation skills at all levels of organization including executive and C-level
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate and differentiate aspects of services and position them against competitors
Demonstrated experience in developing client-focused solutions
Enthusiasm, dedication and passion to meet sales quotas and to ensure client satisfaction
Analytical mindset for critical thinking, KPI assessment and reporting
Must be able to conduct both incoming leads and prospecting new business
Excellent written communication skills
AE Accountability
Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets through all applicable sales channels and to expand company's client base from small, medium to large multinational companies.
Manage leads through the sales pipeline and all activities associated to make the process effective: leads qualification à prospect conversion à quote proposal à closing deals.
Client Development:
Prospect new clients; cultivate sales leads and continuously generate/build the sales pipeline with opportunities.
Research companies, understand path to key decision makers and nurture the path to explore opportunities.
Foster and build potential/future client relationships.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives to help them be successful with current projects and future projects.
Effectively communicate the PCS value proposition through proposals and presentations.Manage client follow-up and follow-through to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction.
Represent company brand, values and business in various conferences, tradeshows and network events to help raise awareness for PCS and to attract new clients.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with sales & marketing to align on client strategies and to implement marketing activities such as events, social campaigns, collaterals, trainings, etc.
AE Responsibility
Manage sales pipeline through (CRM platform)
Weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting
Participate in sales and strategy meetings
Work with technical staff to prepare and deliver proposals
Must be willing to travel (1-3 trips per quarter)
