    Description


    Hello, we have an exciting opportunity at ADP for a role as a Senior Java Developer with a strong focus on backend development. If you know anyone in the Pasadena, California or Costa Mesa area, feel free to refer them. This position offers a blend of onsite and remote work, 2 days in the office and 3 days from the comfort of your home. The contract duration is expected to be around 1.5 years, with a great possibility of extension.



    Key Requirements:
    • Over 8 years of Java programming experience
    • Proficiency in Sprint Boot, Microservices architecture, REST, Queue Messaging, and building high-performance API platforms
    • Strong skills in system design and a deep understanding of software systems
    • Experience working with databases such as MySQL, with hands-on skills in SQL performance optimization and troubleshooting
    • Previous exposure to AWS technologies in a large-scale production environment
    • Good understanding of oAuth and foundational security principles
