    Job DescriptionOverview:The Java Fullstack Developer with Cloud-W2 plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable software solutions. They are responsible for leveraging their expertise in Java, fullstack development, and cloud technologies to contribute to the success of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
    • Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
    • Utilizing cloud technologies to optimize and scale applications
    • Ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of applications
    • Developing and maintaining front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
    • Integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic
    • Conducting code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting software issues
    • Adhering to Agile methodologies and best practices
    • Collaborating with the product management team to prioritize features and enhancements
    • Providing technical guidance and support to team members
    • Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
    • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the development process
    • Documenting software specifications and technical documentation
    • Participating in team meetings, stand-ups, and sprint planning
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • Proven experience in Java/J2EE development
    • Hands-on experience in fullstack development using frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, React, or Angular
    • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
    • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
    • Ability to write clean, efficient code and conduct thorough testing
    • Knowledge of databases and data modeling
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Familiarity with version control systems like Git
    • Understanding of DevOps practices is a plus
    • Certifications in relevant technologies is a bonus
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
