    Job DescriptionJava Application Developer- W2 ContractOverview:The Java Application Developer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using Java programming language. This position is essential in contributing to the overall success of the organization by ensuring the smooth functioning of various Java-based applications, meeting business requirements, and delivering exceptional user experience.Key Responsibilities:
    • Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
    • Develop and maintain high-quality scalable Java applications
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
    • Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code
    • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications
    • Perform code reviews and ensure code quality
    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
    • Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Java developer
    • In-depth knowledge of Java programming language
    • Experience with SQL and database management
    • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices
    • Experience with version control systems such as Git
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Understanding of software development lifecycle
    • Certifications in Java development is a plus
    • Experience with web services and APIs
    • Good understanding of object-oriented design principles
