In our state headquarters, we are currently seeking a
Social Recruiting Officer for Welfare Services (m/f/d) to join our team of 35 cross-functional tasks.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Planning and implementing modern recruitment strategies
  • Establishing a social media presence for recruitment purposes
  • Providing content and professional support and advice to our care facilities and children and youth services
  • Initiating and managing measures and projects for modern recruitment in our facilities

Your qualifications:


  • Completed degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in recruitment and social media
  • Professional experience in association work and/or the nonprofit sector is desirable
  • Teamoriented, organized, and good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
