    Description

    Title: Administrative Assistant

    Duration: Long-term contract

    Location: Richmond, VA. (remote)

    Schedule: **Hours will range between /week**

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Training Tools & Events:
    • Support of Leadership and other Training Events
    • Execution of Manufacturing Training System
    • Update/Content Management Processes /Curriculum Development Support
    • Support of Leadership Learning Exchanges and Immersions
    • Event/Forum Execution Support
    • Publishing
    • Maintenance
    • System Modifications
    • Revising & Compiling of Training Materials
    • Curriculum Development Support
    • Creative, administrative, and clerical support for the Central Communications and Training Project Team
    • Communication Tools & Events:
    • Publishing of Newsletters & other publications
    • Inserting articles into template
    • Adding to Altria Docs workspace
    • Ordering printed versions
    • Emailing electronic versions
    • Sending Desk drops & monitoring all MT&C group email boxes
    • Maintenance of Scorecard metrics
    • Ordering supplies & Signage/Visuals (PAD) items (posters, flyers, window clings, handouts, etc.)
    • Coordination of drop box input:
    • Work with on-site staff to collect input on a regular basis
    • Basic website maintenance
    • Other Project deliverables to include:
    • Creative, administrative, and clerical support for:
    • Microsoft Suite
    • Publisher
    • Adobe Software Products
    • Online and print training program materials
    • Computer/web-based training design and development
    • Internal newsletters
    • Web site content
    • Presentations/handouts/mailings/marketing materials

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Graphic Design skills
    • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
    • Adobe Software Products Presentations/Handouts/Mailings/Marketing Materials
    • Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
