    Key Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:

    ???? Proven leadership experience in senior living, hospitality, or related field.

    ???? Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

    ???? Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.

    ???? An active Assisted Living Administrator's license in Virginia is required

    ???? Experience with memory care.
