    We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of

    HR Specialist

    with our Dallas headquarters.

    This position is accountable for supporting all activities of the Human Resources Department, including planning, staffing, salary administration, employee relations, communications, benefits administration, personnel administration, and performance management.

    Manages employment-related programs and practices, ensuring effective recruitment and placement of qualified candidates to support business needs, and in compliance with the corporation's policies, and state and federal laws.

    Maintain protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the communities in which we operate and/or transport our products, as our highest priority.

    Administers Human Resources policies and procedures, advises/counsels management and employees regarding company policies and procedures.

    Maintains effective communication through regular meetings, written communications, and accessibility to employees either through open-door policy or routine presence within assigned areas of responsibility.

    Counsels' employees, supervisors, and managers on confidential matters.
    Provide support and resources to assist in reaching business objectives.
    Assists managers in preparation of strategic plans, reports and studies, as required.
    Qualifications

    Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Business, IO psychology, or similar with a graduation date of Dec May 2024.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work as part of a team.
    Strong leadership, facilitation, team building, and process improvement skills.
    High proficiency in Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
    Strong data analytics a plus.
    Must maintain minimum cumulative 2.85 GPAon a 4.0 scale
