Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and manage the school's main reception area
- Welcome guests and manage visitor logins and documentation
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for school administrators
- Perform various clerical and administrative tasks to support daily office needs
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
