Administrative Assistant (Temporary Maternity Leave Cover)

Garden Academy, West Orange, New Jersey


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and manage the school's main reception area
  • Welcome guests and manage visitor logins and documentation
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for school administrators
  • Perform various clerical and administrative tasks to support daily office needs

Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
