Full-time Medical Assistant Ob/gyn - Fountain Valley, United States - women's health & aesthetics

Description

We are a fast pace obgyn practice looking for a FULL-TIME, LONG TERM (min. 2 years) back office medical assistant to help with mainly Vietnamese speaking obstetrics/gynecology patient population.

Back office duties may include:

work with other medical assistants to intake, draw blood/inject (if you have certification), complete lab forms, run the exam/NST/procedure rooms, and assist our medical providers.

MUST:
- have excellent work ethics (a hard worker, a team player, trustworthy, reliable, professional appearance/demeanor)
- be a quick learner, fast on your feet, attentive to detail, and astute with foreseeing needs of doctor/physician assistant
- able to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and other health care professionals/insurance companies
- have a friendly(personable), positive, and patient (gentle) approach
- be computer literate to use electronic medical records program
- have means of transportation/reliable

• Office hours: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri (96)(Closed Thursdays/Saturdays/Sundays)

- be available long term (minimum 2 years)
