    WHO ARE WE?

    Grillo's Pickles is a Boston-native company founded in 2008. Over the past 15 years, we have grown from selling our 100-year-old pickle recipe out of a handmade pickle cart on the streets of Boston to a nationwide brand with passionate fans across all corners of the US. Now part of the Irresistible Foods Group (IFG) along with King's Hawaiian and Shaka Tea, we are continuing to redefine the pickle category and show the world that good is not good enough. Not bad for a pickle in a lawn chair.

    We're in the business of fresh. Fresh is more than a clean ingredient label or where we're sold. It's about creating fresh products out of a handmade pickle cart and flipping the script on how to build an amazing brand with a passionate fan base.     WHO ARE YOU?

    You are a diligent and thoughtful individual who is passionate about getting things done well and getting them done on time, if not early.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Digital Marketing Manager is a high-visibility, highly cross-functional hybrid role that will touch almost all aspects of Grillo's business and will engage with key external brands and influencers. You will be the central point of contact for Grillo's social media creation, influencer outreach, and website management. You will also be the point-person for some aspects of content creation. You will be a vital member of the Grillo's Team, responsible for supporting brand marketing objectives by:

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    MEDIA

    • the strategy, creation and development of organic social media content, tailoring assets to each platform's ever-changing best-practices for success.
    • Platforms may include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest and others that may be identified by the business.
    • Includes but not limited to recipe development, shot lists, filming, photographing, editing, voice-over, re-sizing assets.
    • Manage any external content creators – sourcing, outreach, communication, and payments.
    • Keep up to date on trends, current events, and best practices across all social media platforms to maintain relevancy.
    • Identify trending sounds weekly to implement in organic social media content.
    • Monitor user generated content for inspiration and reactive opportunities.
    • Schedule all posts and monitor success; make data-driven decisions for future content development.

    INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT

    • Lead planning and execution of influencer outreach strategies to identify and cultivate partnerships with paid and unpaid social media influencers across key social channels including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and blogs.
    • Identify and prioritize key partners.
    • Identify opportunities that reinforce and maximize overarching earned media strategy.
    • Manage influencer partnerships from start to completion – from outreach, to creating custom packages, payment, and final post analysis.
    • Oversee bulk influencer package production and shipments.
    • Nurture relationships and manage expectations with key influencers to encourage ongoing partnership and collaboration.

    MERCHANDISE/LIFESTYLE BRAND MANAGEMENT

    • Manage brand website and associated content.
    • Source and collaborate with vendors to design new promotional items. Maintain and build stock of branded merchandise.
    • Generate monthly performance reporting, as well as any ad hoc report requests from cross-functional teams.
    • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or equivalent relevant experience required; marketing or Public Relations focus with emphasis in social media preferred.
    • 2 years or more of progressive experience in influencer marketing, social media or PR required.
    • Self-starter.
    • Strong time management skills and ability to self-prioritize and deliver against competing concurrent projects.
    • Superb communication and collaboration skills (including listening) and the ability to articulate ideas and voice constructive opinions.
    • Alignment with Grillo's positive vibes and an appreciation for working in an environment where these behaviors flourish.
    • Based in Westwood, MA (south of Boston).
