    THE OPPORTUNITY

    TribalVision is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to shape the agency's content marketing services and offer strategic solutions for unique client needs. The role involves planning, developing, and executing client content strategies across various channels such as email, website, and digital media.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director to enhance the agency's content marketing services and provide innovative solutions for clients
    • Develop and implement digital content strategies on different platforms to drive engagement and sales
    • Create content strategies across multiple channels like web, blogs, email, social media, paid media, etc.
    • Oversee content-specific tasks such as SEO, email campaigns, website copy, and more
    • Lead content strategy development for clients, including execution and deliverables
    • Coordinate with Project Managers and Client Services to define workflows and project scopes
    • Conduct client onboarding meetings and create relevant materials
    • Provide coaching and guidance to digital marketing staff
    • Assist in team training and facilitate meetings
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends
    • Analyze reports to refine content strategies
    • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva is beneficial
    • Continuously learn and adapt to new platforms and strategies

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • 5-7 years in content marketing with client-focused experience, preferably in an agency
    • Proficiency in SEO, brand content, lead generation, and nurture strategies
    • Strong writing and editing skills with B2B communication experience
    • Ability to manage brand communications and online presence effectively
    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, WordPress, and managing freelance teams
    • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and passionate about content marketing
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills
    • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
    • Must be proficient in various marketing software
