Description

Jocelyn Blackham is recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join a global CRO at their site based in Cambridge, MA. This position is offered on a permanent basis.

Marketing Manager Role:

Experience in developing and executing marketing campaign.
Proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
Study the distributor's customer base and Automation systems market for biology research laboratory, pharma and others in the area to develop effective programs for soliciting business.

Key duties will include:

Establishing position, identifying target customer and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market.

In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with bio-pharmaceutical industry developing process and equipment preferred.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
Relevant qualifications within Marketing.
