- Work with customers to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Support sales growth through lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the customer support and sales team to assist in the outreach to potential customers and guide through the full sales cycle
- Maintain and update customer databases and assist with CRM management.
- Monitor and report on marketing and sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.
