- The ideal candidate will hit the ground running with experience selling VAR (Value Added Reseller) & a book of accounts that you can run with, preferred
- Managed Service Provider (MSP): 3+ years, preferred
- SLED (State & Local Government and Education) Sales experience, preferred
- The ability to work in a technical environment and able to communicate with technical people
- Someone who loves hunting, cold calling, preferred
- Experience with consultative selling

- Have proven experience as a high-performing individual contributor selling managed and/or professional services
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Lockstep is looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive to serve our SLED (State & Local Government and Education) customers. You will be responsible for managing and building a base of business and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas, and the ability to manage large, diverse accounts, and loves the challenges that come in a competitive market.
