    About the Job:
    Join Over J - a consulting firm specializing in engineering and utilities, headquartered in downtown Los Angeles, CA.     Job Title: Business Development Coordinator (BDC)

    Job Description:
    The Business Development Coordinator plays a crucial role at Over J, collaborating with business unit clients, subject matter experts, and designers to establish project goals, develop plans, monitor progress, and evaluate results. Reporting directly to the CEO, the BDC will work across all departments and be based in our Downtown Los Angeles office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
    • Present RFP opportunities on platforms like Cal e-Procure, Metro, and Power Advocate
    • Explore innovative channels for business acquisition
    • Run marketing campaigns and optimize strategies based on results
    • Develop relationships with key decision-makers
    • Network at industry events
    • Maintain awareness of company capabilities to communicate effectively with clients
    • Collaborate with team members to execute growth plans

    Requirements:
    • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Analytical and critical thinking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Adaptability to customer needs and concerns
