    We have recently partnered with a North Texas-based firm that has experienced double-digit revenue and staff growth over the last four years, has recently been recognized as a Best Firm to Work for nationally by industry insiders, and has experienced LESS THAN 6% TURNOVER THE LAST TWO YEARS

    In an industry that averages over 20-25% turnover, our client is obviously doing something right

    Due to their continued expansion and client wins, this firm is looking to add a strategic-minded Senior Business Advisory Accountant to its Advisory & Client Accounting Services team.

    In this role, our client is needing a professional that has the ability to:

    • Run point on interfacing with the leadership of external clients including CEO, COO, CFO, entrepreneurial-minded business owners, as well as VC and PE firm leaders
    • Ability to work collaboratively team of accounting professionals daily to ensure quality of work
    • Prepare, review and discuss client financials on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis with company leadership
    • Perform accounting functions for client companies in the absence of internal resources within client's business
    • Assist in client's annual planning, budgeting, forecasting process, as well as a monthly and quarterly review
    • Ability to interact with tax team to ensure client is doing everything possible to limit tax liabilities, while also staying current on tax obligations both at a federal and state/local level.

    To succeed in this role, our client is seeking someone who possesses:

    • 3+ years of overall accounting experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
    • Prior experience in a CPA firm in either an audit or client accounting capacity
    • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for solving complex problems
    • Top-shelf interpersonal skills with the ability to juggle client priorities while making each client feel as if they are the most important person you're dealing with
    • Mindset that values people, creates an inclusive culture and understands the value placed on personal time/life and family
