    **Description**

    **QUALIFICATIONS:**

    Five years or more of warehouse related experience

    Excellent work ethic; ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player

    Understand quality guidelines and safety rules

    Positive attitude / Results driven

    Strong communication and leadership skills

    Strong decision making and problem solving skills

    **RESPONSIBILITIES****:**

    Manage 10 or more direct reports

    Work closely with sales and the traffic department

    Manage work flow with warehouse personnel

    Communicate with inbound and outbound truck drivers

    Coordinate repairs / improvements with outside contractors

    Enforce all safety and quality guidelines

    Any other duties as requested by the branch manager

    **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS****:**

    Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear

    Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs. (with the proper lifting equipment)

    Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

    Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance

    Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
