Your task:

Development organizations are becoming increasingly complex - most companies nowadays are structured thematically, in their corporate structure, and in their organizational processes in multiple layers that interact with each other.

Accordingly, it is difficult to structure such a landscape organizationally and in the associated management processes, while also taking into account current trends and changes in a way that provides enough stability for daily operational activities.

One of your tasks may be to work with an industrial partner over several years to establish a framework for managing a large development organization that takes all of these conditions into account and also meets the changing demands of modern management of a development organization within a corporation and partner network

This task may include:

Elaboration of the state of science and technology on models and frameworks for governance of industrial development activities
Consolidation of the influences of disruptive megatrends on products and business models
Derivation of innovation needs and reflection of innovations with existing approaches and models for technology life cycle and innovation management
Analysis and critical reflection of the organizational structure
