The city of Reedsport is currently seeking a *Clerk for Enforcement Matters* for the Department of City Treasury, to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

Processing of public and private enforcement cases, including:
Initiating enforcement proceedings
Commissioning of enforcement actions
Handling of cases in the judicial dunning procedure for private claims
Conducting debt seizures and handling of property seizures, including representing the city of Reedsport in court proceedings
Negotiating and concluding installment payment agreements (e.g. with debtors, lawyers, tax consultants)

Your Profile:

You have:

Qualifications for the first level of nontechnical administrative service, completed training as an administrative assistant, or completed administrative training course I

Alternatively:

Completed training in a related field and
Several years of experience in clerical work within a public administration or practical experience related to the job duties
Willingness to participate in the basic training course for administrative training course I
Ability to learn and develop, willingness
