    Welcome to Inspire Horizons - discover how we do things differently!

    At Inspire Horizons, we're not your typical therapy center. We're building a united community that brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide comprehensive care to children (typically ages 2 – 8).

    About Inspire Horizons:

    The clinician founders of The Therapy Group of Tucson and North Valley Pediatric Therapy realized that they could reach more families and provide more employee support by working together for many years. They also reached a point where they needed a new leadership team for the next chapter. The new leadership team created Inspire Horizons in late 2023 to unify clinical and administrative best practices across both organizations.

    Wondering what it's like as a BCBA® at Inspire Horizons?

    • We believe care goes well beyond the VB-MAPP: We support clinicians with the tools to have confidence in answering important questions.
    • Flexibility in your schedule: We offer flexible scheduling while ensuring weekly requirements are met. You decide when to provide supervision, conduct parent training, etc.
    • No administrative tasks: We have a centralized team for authorization and scheduling, allowing BCBAs to focus on their clients' success.
    • Collaborative Commitment: All disciplines have collaboration time built into their weekly schedule for ease of connection. ABA also has regular meetings with supervisors for support.
