    Join Our Team as a Line Cook at a Thriving Restaurant!

    Job Overview:

    • Assist with organizing, preparing, and serving on the line
    • Ensure quality preparation of menu items to standards
    • Handle and store food properly
    • Contribute to smooth operation of the cooking line
    • Inform management of ingredient needs
    • Maintain consistent presentation and quality of prepared plates

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Ability to communicate effectively in English
    • Prioritize work assignments
    • Solve practical problems and work well under pressure
    • Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment
    • Three years of experience in a similar position
    • Punctuality and reliable attendance
    • Follow directions and ensure quality standards
    • Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others

    Desirable:

    • Culinary training
    • Ability to communicate in a second language
    • Serv-Safe certification

    Essential Physical Abilities:

    • Endure various physical movements
    • Stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
    • Good coordination and manual dexterity
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Complete all preparation and closing duties
    • Oversee cooking and prep lines
    • Prepare menu items following recipes
    • Inform management of kitchen needs
    • Ensure safe usage of kitchen machinery
    • Assist in training new cooks
