For our client, a large technical testing organization based in Munich, we are currently looking for a
Travel Management Clerk (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Advising internal clients on all matters related to booking business trips
- Managing travel booking systems and tools
- Communicating with travel service providers
- Performing administrative tasks (communication media, contract management with service providers, handling of insurance claims, etc.)
- Supporting project management in the area of travel management (e.g. preparation and participation in contract negotiations, process optimization, etc.)
Requirements:
- Ideally, completed training as a travel agent or similar
- Professional experience in the abovementioned or a similar area of responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office and travel booking tools
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical thinking skills
- High level of service orientation and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
