Job Description:
In your 18-month traineeship, you will learn all relevant business processes from A to Z.

The goal is to support your professional and personal development and to eventually place you in a leadership position according to your skills and strengths.

As a trainee, you will be part of the creative heart of our group of companies, working alongside a young team.

You will take on responsibility from the beginning in diverse projects and have direct communication with the management.

You will go through the following focus areas: finance, marketing, and personnel management, including:

  • Feasibility analyses
  • Profitability checks
  • Project plans
  • Evaluation of business models
  • Creating event concepts
  • Target group approaches
  • Team responsibility

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree or comparable education with a business background
  • Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Selfinitiative and independent work style
  • Excellent written and spoken German
