Responsibilities:


  • Our Management Trainee Program has a clearly defined structure with learning and performance goals that focus on your personal and professional development. On average, our trainees take 10.5 months to successfully complete the program.
  • As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from the ground up through handson experience. You will have diverse responsibilities in
    customer service, sales, business management, and finance.
  • As a Management Trainee, you will be part of one of our 200 teams nationwide. From day one, you will be involved in the daily operations of your branch. This will allow you to
    take on responsibility early and make
    important decisions that will drive both your career and our business forward.
  • You will provide exceptional service to our customers. We will teach you effective
    communication and conflict resolution strategies to interact and influence customers, suppliers, and your team in a goaloriented manner.
