Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities are to maintain dental schedule and appointments using Patterson Eaglesoft system; collect fees and process payments from patients; confirm dental appointments; perform basic front office and administrative functions; community outreach for patient recruitment; lead effort in conversion from paper to digital clinical charts for accreditation.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
One year (1) experience working in a dental office using Patterson Eaglesoft systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree preferred, or 3 years working in the dental field and one year experience working in a dental office.
Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft office suite, and possess a working knowledge of the Patterson Eaglesoft system.
