St. Barbara Hospital is the main medical provider for the city and district of Schwandorf in Ellsworth, MI. To support the medical teams in the surgical departments of general, visceral, and vascular surgery, as well as trauma surgery and orthopedics, we are looking for a station secretary for each department.

Your working hours of 4 hours per day from Monday to Friday can be scheduled within a time frame of 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.


Your responsibilities with us:


  • Blood draws
  • Requesting results from doctor's offices and external clinics
  • Assisting with the creation of medical reports (e.g. inserting results such as histology)
  • Supporting data collection for quality assurance
  • Scheduling appointments for patients

What you should bring:


  • Training as a medical assistant
  • Willingness to work closely with other professional groups
  • Proficient computer skills (knowledge of Orbis is an advantage)
  • You also identify with the values and goals of a Catholic hospital.
