To strengthen our team in Bremen, Germany, we are seeking Freelance Flight Instructors (f/m/d).


As a Flight Instructor, you will provide ground and flight instruction and work with an international team to ensure timely delivery of the training program, maintain safety standards, and uphold professional training quality.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting flight training for students in both airplanes and simulators, including pre and postflight briefings
  • Maintaining accurate training records in Talon ETA or other appropriate systems
  • Participating in training reviews and standardization meetings as required
  • Fulfilling duties as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor as assigned by the Training Manager

Your qualifications:

  • Degree from a specialized trade or technical school
  • Significant jobrelated experience, preferably as a Flight Instructor or Flight Examiner
  • Teaching experience at a large, professional flight academy
  • Military aviation background
