    Job Description:

    The Global Regulatory Affairs Office (GRAO) at Northern Trust is looking for a Program Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale enterprise-wide Programs involving multiple projects and work streams. Your main focus will be on delivering critical strategic enterprise capabilities or regulatory changes impacting various business units. The ideal candidate should have a track record of supporting complex change programs, working with cross-functional teams, and meeting the needs of stakeholders across the organization.

    The key responsibilities of the role include:

    • Ability to translate project/program target state into solutions
    • Communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding of expectations
    • Manage and maintain progress across a portfolio of work
    • Liaise between cross-functional stakeholders
    • Improve and optimize projects for efficiency
    • Manage program risks, issues, and escalations
    • Proactively manage dependencies and roadblocks
    • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities
    • Maintain confidentiality of records and reports
    • Prioritize and handle multiple projects with accuracy
    • Deliver work product with minimal revision
    • Facilitate discussions and reach decisions

    The successful candidate will benefit from having:

    • College or University degree
    • Deep understanding of project and portfolio management tools
    • Relevant industry knowledge in financial risk, compliance
    • Technical skills: Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office 365 suite
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Self-motivated and adaptable to change
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Results oriented
    • Minimum of 5 years serving as a Program Manager
