    Job DescriptionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a talented Supply Chain Data Analyst to add experience to our growing SupplyChain Strategy and Data Analytics team. This position will have an impactful role in transformingdata into actionable insights for our business leaders across the enterprise through businessintelligence development, data modeling and management, and visualization and storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Intelligence Developmento Develop and maintain custom Power BI dashboards with a focus on dataaccuracy and connection to business needs.o Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.o Stay current on important business issues to develop proactive businessintelligence solutions.Data Modeling and Managemento Work closely with IT teams across the enterprise to ensure the availability andperformance of data infrastructure and systems.o Develop data pipelines/ETLs and assist in gathering, cleaning, and transformingdata from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.o Design and implement data models and structures that support efficient dataretrieval and analysis.o Monitor data quality and implement data validation processes to promote dataintegrity and consistency.Visualization and Storytellingo Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to ensure thedelivery of actionable business insights.o Train and support end users in the effective utilization of dashboards and assistin developing self-serve reporting capabilities amongst the end-user base.o Continually assess and improve dashboard useability and accessibility toimprove the user experience.Position Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or
    a related discipline).
    • At least two years' experience in data management, reporting, and analysis.
    • Strong knowledge of relevant BI technologies and concepts, such as Microsoft BI stack
    (Azure Synapse, Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), SQL, DAX, MDX, Python or R, anddata warehousing.
    • Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with demonstrated experience connecting
    business needs to technical solutions.
