The Data Quality Analyst will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing data quality policies and procedures.
Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and internal teams, the specialist will design and execute data quality strategies, build rules, monitor data issues, and proactively resolve them.
This role involves developing and maintaining a comprehensive data catalog, ensuring data discoverability, and providing training and support to stakeholders on best practices.
The specialist will act as a subject matter expert for data quality, identify opportunities for process automation, and demonstrate a strong ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

The Data Quality Analyst is expected and encouraged to participate in safety and health program activities including immediately reporting hazards, immediately reporting unsafe work practices and incidents to supervisors, wearing required personal protective equipment, and participating in and supporting safety committee activities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience with Informatica; Oracle experience is a plus.
Knowledge of data quality standards and frameworks (e.g., DMBOK).
Competencies – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong understanding of data quality principles and standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
Proficient in identifying opportunities for process automation.
Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using data quality tools such as Informatica.
