    Description

    Summary

    This position is located in Transmission Engineering Business Intelligence & Integrity (TEBI) organization of Transmission Engineering Internal Operations (TEB), Engineering and Technical Services (TE), Transmission Services (T), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).

    A successful candidate in will serve as the senior business systems and data management analyst and technical lead responsible for the analytical and evaluative processes.

    Duties

    As a Business Systems Analyst (Data Management), you will:

  • Serve as a subject matter/functional expert and technical lead in the formulation of the strategy and operational requirements for the development of automated information processes to support TE.
  • Recommend and initiate changes to automate manual reporting requirements. Develops quality control criteria, profile reports, error control criteria, and various system queries to perform continuous review of the system and to maintain accuracy, control, and reliability of data maintained in the information system.
  • Provide technical support for customers including Power BI, SharePoint administration and user support.
  • Work with end users to understand business requirements and in identifying new data needs and delivery mechanisms.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other subject matter experts in the organization to assure the automated information systems respond to current and future needs throughout the various TE organizational levels.
