- Monitor and assess portfolio performance and positioning, with occasional updates to the Investment Policy Committee
- Collaborate with peers to propose proactive strategies for enhancing performance
- Ensure trading activities align with the Investment Policy Committee's expectations
- Effectively communicate your strategy insights to clients and stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar portfolio management role, with a background in buy-side research and trading
- Proven track record of conveying insights and making an impact on portfolios
- Proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets, familiarity with financial data systems
- Experience in simplifying complex concepts for others
- Passion for utilizing your skills and knowledge to benefit clients
- Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year in Washington state, starting salary dependent on experience

The Opportunity:As a Portfolio Engineer at Fisher Investments, you will play a key role in supporting our Investment Policy Committee's portfolio management process. This will involve developing strategies, gaining market expertise, collaborating with Research Analysts and Trading peers, and contributing to various aspects of portfolio management, such as leading rebalances and overseeing trade life cycles. In this impactful position, you will share your insights and expertise with internal and external clients through client meetings and written/visual reports. You will report to the Portfolio Engineer Group Manager for guidance and growth.
