Must-haves3-5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst
3+ years of experience gathering and writing formal requirements, deep understanding of writing formal requirements/user stories
Understanding of the SDLC, and experience being a liaison between a technical team and internal stakeholders
Experience working with Agile Development teams
Previous experience facilitating testing for projects they have worked on
Experience working for a company with 1000+ employees and has a formalized process
Plusses
Experience working with offshore vendors/partners
Jira experience
Experience with Functional Testing:
creating test scenarios, and performing initial UAT testing to ensure requirements are met
Experience with SQL Server; queries
Understanding/knowledge of APIs and Web Services

A client in the Pacific Northwest is looking for a BSA to join their team This is a Direct Hire/Permanent Role, that is hybrid remote M-F in normal business hours.
In this role you will be primarily responsible for gathering and writing formal requirements, user stories, and functional testing. In this role you will be on a team and work with internal stakeholders within this company.
