Description
As Accounting Operations Analyst, you will be part of a growing team responsible for the financial processing of transactions for the organization.
This position will report directly to our Director of Operations and partner closely with our Controller, with the opportunity to grow with the role and company.
How You'll Make An ImpactProcess transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, record entries and reconcile books of accounts
Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
Handle accounts payable for separate entities, departments, and vendors
Analyze workflow processes
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
Ensure bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
Process due invoices for payments
Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-5 years relevant experience in accounting and accounts payable
Experience with or knowledge of cryptocurrency is a plus
Experience with spreadsheets and data entry
Ability to navigate systems, download and interpret reports
High comfort with communication and mathematical calculations
Strong attention to detail
US Based, east coast is ideal but not required

This role has an annual starting salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 + benefits listed below.
