To ensure high customer satisfaction during our strong growth, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Hialeah Gardens, FL.

As part of our young, international, and agile team, you will play a key role in a rapidly growing startup.

Your strong communication skills, organizational talent, and process understanding will be essential in this position.


Responsibilities:

  • You will provide support to our existing and new users regarding the GETAWAY platform, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • You will identify recurring user inquiries and create internal and external resources to increase the efficiency of our service processes
  • You will develop solutions to prevent recurring user inquiries, potentially even on a product level
  • You will closely collaborate with our users, partners, and the GETAWAY team
  • You will lead your own projects to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience working with users (experience in a mobility startup is a plus)
  • You are diligent, structured, independent, and customeroriented
  • You enjoy communicating, organizing, and working in a team
  • Excellent German language skills (good English skills are a plus)
  • You have solid MS Office knowledge and a strong technical understanding
  • You have a valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Working in the evenings or on weekends does not deter you
