VivaScope GmbH is a Munich-based company that has been operating under the umbrella of MAVIG GmbH for 15 years and has been functioning as an independent company since January 2021.

It is a manufacturer and distributor of confocal laser scanning microscopes that allow for efficient and non-invasive tissue analysis. This innovative technology is used in various fields of dermatology, surgery, and pathology worldwide.

To support the confocal laser microscopes of VivaScope in Europe, we are currently looking for a full-time:


Medical Technology System Administrator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Your profile:

  • You will support the IT products of VivaScope
  • Education or degree in system administration, integration,
(medical devices for skin cancer detection) computer science, or a related field

  • You will assist the service department with system
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases (MS SQL Server)
integration of software components - Knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g. PowerShell) is required
(setting up servers, configuring customer networks, etc.) - Experience with networks, VMs, MS WDS, firewalls, or similar is

  • You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the required
support of the service department (remotely) - Certifications such as CCNA are a plus

  • You will independently interact with customer IT to find
  • Knowledge of web applications and system integrations is
appropriate solutions advantageous
