Description

Position Summary:
The Director of Clinic Operations (DCO) works under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer and is responsible for the coordination and review of the financial information to prioritize and direct staffing, resource allocation and objectives.
Initiates and directs changes to increase efficiency and meet objectives. Manages budget, staff, calendar and facilities to support organizational finance and operation goals. Creates and enforces rules and procedures for auditing, procurement, financial reporting and legal compliance.As member of the clinical leadership team, the DCO has an active role in the implementation of Apichas strategic plan.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in management or social services and at least 7 years of healthcare management experience; Advanced degree in Business Administration or Public Health/Administration preferred; Appreciation of and commitment to Apicha's mission and values; Excellent customer service skills to assist in resolving member complaints; Ability to work effectively in both a collaborative as well as individual setting; Must possess the ability to interact with all levels of external and internal customers with a high of professionalism and tact in representing Apicha CHC; Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Knowledge of EHR - eClinicalWorks preferred; Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external communication
