    Director of Asset Management & Strategy

    Position Summary:


    We are searching for an Investment and Asset Management executive leader who will lead the strategy and financial performance for the entire portfolio of multifamily assets (ground up new development business model) across the full life cycle from capital markets, working hand in hand with acquisitions, through due diligence, financing, lease-up to stabilization and disposition.

    This is a national portfolio totaling over $2M AUM (fast approaching $3M).

    This leader will work with cross-function leaders, executive leadership, capital partners and stakeholders (internally and externally) as it relates to the overall asset and portfolio strategy and plan; from proforma, deal structures, market analysis, revenue and rent rate strategy, budgeting, performance monitoring and strategy, asset recapitalization and/or dispositions, lender relationships, investor communications, team building and management, etc.


    The ideal individual will be a leader who has a strong real estate financial acumen and is quantitatively minded, is at the asset/portfolio strategy and planning level, enjoys managing and mentoring teams and is passionate about real estate investment and asset management for institutional quality assets (individually averaging from $50M - $80M+) and ground up new development communities.
