    PFC), Precision Mechanical Inc. (PEI) - separate, but complementary, business units.


    Established in 1964, PFC has served the process industry continuously since 1964 and has performed work in aerospace, the food and beverage industry, the energy (hydrogen, nuclear and fossil fuels) industry, for bulk gas suppliers, and for automakers.

    Our capabilities include all forms of welding, tube and pipe fabrication, structural fabrication, and metal treatments.

    PFC specializes in the assembly of process and ground support equipment (skid mounted and modular construction) and specialty services, such as, precision cleaning of piping/tubing systems and components, passivation and component reconditioning and testing.

    PMI has been offering mechanical services to a wide array of government, industrial, commercial, and institutional customers since 1986.

    PMI installs process piping and equipment, plumbing and HVAC systems in hospitals, schools, airports/air bases, semiconductor manufacturing facilities and launch complexes.


    With strong financials, more than 200 employees, and 60,000 square feet of facilities located on 21 acres, the Precision Companies are ready to serve you.

    Skilled in general mechanical abilities.

    Skilled in general aerospace fabrication.

    Prepares structural metal products for welding and riveting.


    Joins together components of fabricated sheet metal assemblies; cut, trim, or scarf metal objects to dimensions, as specified by layout, work orders, or blueprints.

    Lays out, positions, aligns, and secures parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, calipers and rulers.

    Operates fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders, and drill presses, to bend, cut, form, punch, drill or otherwise form and assembles components.

    Position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, follows blueprints and layout specifications, and uses appropriate tools and equipment.

    Tack-weld fitted parts together.
    Interprets engineering drawings and blueprints to determine materials requirements and task sequences.

    Knowledge of mathematics and its application.
