For our client, an international consulting firm, we are currently looking for a (Senior) Manager M&A (m/f/d) nationwide in Germany.

Your tasks:

  • Advising national and international companies on the execution of buying and selling mandates
  • Accompanying the entire transaction process as the direct contact person for clients
  • Coordinating the due diligence process
  • Increasing acquisition of new clients and specializing in an industry sector
  • Taking on leadership responsibility

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, or a comparable subject
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in the field of M&A advisory
  • Strong communication skills, high resilience, and independent way of working
  • Negotiation skills in German and English, as well as proficient in Microsoft Office
