    **JOB SUMMARY:** Clear Resolution Consulting has a need for a Project Support Specialist in Honolulu, Hawaii.

    **DESCRIPTION:** The Project Support Specialist provides project support to include: schedule development and maintenance; project documentation creation and maintenance; project monitoring and tracking; attends and participates in project related meetings; and makes recommendations for project execution.

    **RESPONSIBILITIES:**

    Develop Microsoft Project schedules

    Coordinate the ordering and tracking of project materials (e.g. architectural products (wall mounts, furniture, etc.)

    Synchronize meeting and event schedules between directorate level offices

    Draft project documents to include project plans, bill of materials (BOMs), and project related reports and briefings

    Attend and provide input to Requirements Meeting and draft meeting minutes

    Prepare documentation to support the corporate level Requirements Review Board

    Draft strategic planning roadmap

    Draft executive-level project reports

    Meet Level 2 requirements for MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

    **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**

    Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph

    An active and current government clearance is required to be considered for this work.

    At least five (5) years experience providing project support.

    A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline (Four (4) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree)

    Two (2) years experience developing schedules using MS Project
